Saw an amazing gp here the other day, he was professional and gave me the proper prescriptions, however was also open minded in suggesting other lifestyle changes to help me. The last gp I saw told me i was incurable and it’s just the way I am - my issue was defiantly not related to diet. But this doctor told me about the gut and how important it is and how I should never neglect the importance of diet.
Thankuou!
